i wanted to ask that:-
after making a server. you host it i know that.
but it needs a website. which i know where to host.
BUT!
it needs a panel
e.g"

The server's Forum has a Thread known as Main Page we open it there are options like http://sa-stories.com/ this.

how do you do this thing?

I did not understand your question, you want a panel to control the server (restart, stop etc), or a panel with shows statistic and info's?
