Hi,
i got an host with tc Admin
on 0.3e everything runs fine but now with o.3x
not because i can't upload samp-server.exe
i get errors like ( Permission denied , File Already excist )
but i cant find it
does some one knows how to solve this ?

What you mean on what do i need to wait until tc admins loads the new samp-server ?

Contact your server provider. Who did you buy the server from? Contact them.

You should be able to update it.
Turn the server off, delete the original exe, add the new one, then start it up. I've used TCAdmin before and haven't had these issues.

Its a problem with the host, you have to wait until they fix it.
Until then, you can't do anything.
