Make sure you open pawno on its own first don't right click on file and open with. If that doesn't work i can't help you anymore dude.

Hey im new and stuff um i use 0.3x the new sa-mp when i run ur server and try to log it i cant smth with trying etc or cant connect can you help?? im quite new im going to buy a host soon so Thanks

The gamemode is samp 3e, just transfer all the server files like plugins, gamemode, scriptfiles ect... to samp 0.3x server files. Compile script and then run it.

Yea it freezes and unfreezes if you running it on a home network, but with hosts it doesn't.
