I want to create menu for sell vehicles with TextDrawSetPreviewModel and i was wondering if it is possible to place text above or below the images of vehicles?

Simply use TextDrawCreate to create a text. There is one amazing tool for that on this forum, Zalmon's textdraw editor, you can find it by using "Search" in menu/toolbar.
