I was just curious if it's possible to report other servers or players that attack other communities or spam/advertise in other servers?

It's pointless. If your getting attacked, report it to your host. If people spam/advertise your server, ban them.

Actually not really. If people were to develop some sort of blacklist with a plugin we could all contribute to a cross-community security system, much like IRC blacklists. But since nothing exists like that you're absolutely correct, banning is the only thing that can be done.

Nah, it's all good. I was just curious. Thanks for everyone's input though. A few range bans took care of it.

It's your server, your resposability to take care of it. There's a ban command for that, kick, ajail and more.

^^ True, but you can always mail sa-mp, inc.
If they respond, give them proofs of attacks. I don't know what they would, but i know that they can cut them off the client list (internet, and hosted).
