There are plenty of tutorials around SA-MP and the internet alone on Registration and login systems, it's easy to remove the MySQL on the script and easily create your own. It's worth giving it a shot, once you've had a crack at it, and run into some problems... THEN you can ask us for help. Things like this, getting people to basically redo or add large amounts of code to your script, is better off in the Script Request thread given by LarzI, where people are actually willing to do this kind of thing for you, if you're lucky.
