You need to have a MySQL saving system in your gamemode. Then you have to know PHP, with which you can 'call' the data from the database you are saving your gamedata in.

You can pretty much use any saving system you want really.. because php has file reading functions

True. You can do almost anything with PHP, you just have to know how.
