Well,I recommend you to check out Scripting help section,and there you can find topic for scripter beginners.(Though maybe you aren't scripting begginer,but the most simple things are there)

Anyway,you menoited a_samp include,well,simply said it loads code into your script
But there are also more includes,and they are,how to explain..by adding them,you can have access to many functions of SAMP
P.S on that : ,,i know it's nooby question'' Well,there is difference from something/someone being noob/nooby,and when
something is unknown to someone,and that's totally new to him,which means he is newbie,not a noob.
