It's Massively Multi-author Online Open e-Book. Means anyone can come in, write a piece of story and continue the story. Would people like a project like this, with a SA-MP script?

However, due to newbies being bad scripters and they could shit up the script, maybe a few 50-60 people who can just jump in, script watever they like, edit and go.
Would this work? What would be the output? I think it would be quite interesting and funny.

I was thinking of making a server where you can come in spawn your own vehicles and objects and assign your administrators in your own world, invite friends to it and such.

If "this" means the MMOOB project, it made huge news, going up strong, and was headlines for a few days back here in India.
And I am not sure, this is the project that made headlines, but the original one [Now it got famous, there tend to be copies] had about 7 internationally known authors writing.
