the statue is modelid 14467, and erm..
spraytags ranging from 18659 upto 18667.

i will save you more:
open your "San Andreas" game directory, then browse into "SAMP", and open the SAMP.ide file by doubleclicking it. no worries, the OS will detect it as a plain text file. read it ^^
