So, i downloaded Streamer 2.6.1 From here:

Update Your Streamer plugin and includes download latest

Try to read your server-log.txt so you can still understand what you have to do, its saying update your plugins + includes inside the pawno folder.

When you updated your plugins + includes you need to go to your server file > pawno > pawno.exe < open it and open your [GM] using pawno.exe and press F5
