When i upload streamer.so audio.so and sscanf.so to my host through Filezilla it said: FATAL FILE. what can i do ?

What host are you using as most now have plugin sections to add on their CP

Open a support ticket with your host, they must be restricting that filetype and havn't added any plugins to that folder/option your clicking on.
