So, title says...
Neither "Run as administrator" (SA-MP crash) nor compatibility nor reinstalling both SA-MP and GTA SA nor deleting of gta_sa.set doesn't help...
No mods...
Windows 8 Professional x32, AMD Radeon HD 6310 (latest drivers)
P.s. Yes, I tried to search on forum, nothing...

I find messing with the resolution fixes this problem, it happened to me until I raised the resolution a little.

Maybe security settings in My Documents are screwed ... try checking it out and uncheck the "Do not allow writing" permission thing.. let everything allow ..
I have Windows 8 and I do not have this issue.

I got no problems with Windows 8. You should not play with permissions if you don't know how they work...

I have a better idea...hold fn when you press f8 it usually helps...
if not try hold alt and f8...
I'm a win 8 user...I know what you mean...

I got the same error, I tried all of them, none of them worked.
Edit: It was the resolution.

I think the best way for taking a screen shot is this :
Use your mobile camera and take a pic then send it into your camputer ( eazy way )
