Re-download core.inc from the samp server packages on the main download page. This should fix the problem.

are you sure you put it into the pawno>include and not in the root>include folder?
Also, make sure you start pawno from the pawno folder, and not by clicking on the script itself (could bug if you have 2 or more pawno's)

Hmm, i think i might know whats the prob.
Check the very top of your script and look if you added some undefined character.
Else re-download the whole PAWN
