So I bought a new PC the other day and it works top notch, only problem is that when someone (player in SAMP) walks by me, I freeze...
Anyone got an idea why?

It might be vehicles, not sure

Have you tried both reinstalling the client and game and then seeing if your issue resolves itself?

First of all check at any other server and see if it persists,if it does than try updating your windows!

Was it the same player when you walk/drive nearby him/her? I'm thinking if it's the same player, he might have player crasher, perhaps.
