/cuff Problem! Help me

I want to make so when someone is cuffed he is going to be auto freezed. I have try to make it but it's not working

TogglePlayerControllable(giveplayerid,0); to freeze them

TogglePlayerControllable(giveplayerid,1); to unfreeze them. I saw that you only added the code to unfreeze them.
