Hello guys, I'm having some troubles.
I'm new on Linux, actually it's my second day trying to work with it.

My problem is, I cannot run the MySQL made by BlueG, I'm using the MySQL r7.

On his topic he said;

Compiling Notes:
Linux: Install gcc, gpp & mysql-client and type "make" in the source files folder.

I installed gcc, but I couldn't find the gpp on yum search gpp and I just found a mysql-server, not a cliente, and I don't really get where should I type "make".

Can anyone help me?

EDIT: I got this error: Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
EDIT2: I'm using CentOS 5x
