Edit; What shall I delete so I can drive cars without license, but you get a message "You don't have a license...... etc"
or is there anyway to just make every new player get a car license on register?

OnPlayerRegister or w/e it is, Then set the variable for carl license to 1, If its GF then you would set PlayerInfo[playerid][pCarLic] or something like that
