RomPoll - Create a Poll/Answer the Poll in Dialog!!

Introduction

After 2 months working a filterscript and release it to SA-MP Forums.
Some of them are buggy. So i decide to release a non-buggable script this time.
However, The timer would be buggy if tested in many players server.

I introduce you the "RomPoll", You can create a poll in dialog. Answer the Poll in Dialog!!

Commands

/createpoll - parameters: text (For Rcon Admin Only!, Creates a poll in dialog. If poll is disable it will not work. Runs 10 seconds timer to answer the poll for everyone when the poll is created!!, If there is current poll running and you use this command. The command will refuse to follow you.)
/pollset - parameters: none (Enable/Disables the Poll creating)

Notes

• Everyone have to answer the poll before 10 seconds chance is end. If any player didn't answer the poll. They will get the late dialog poll message.

• In earlier test. The button1 and button2 poll is not "Approve" and "Disapprove" since i can't work on it. I replace it with "Approve" and "Disapprove"

• Sends how many players choose "Approve" and "Disapprove" to Rcon Admin

• While player is reading the poll and didn't answer it. The late poll message dialog will pop-up. the Poll Dialog has been closed automatically..

• If there is current poll running and you /createpoll. It will refuse.
