First of all read this thread Sticky: "Need help", "Problem", "What's wrong" type posts.
From what I see on the pictures, you registered and then you selected skin.
Explain what do you want to do, please.

I want these after registration "skin selection" only for registration not for login method

on the login part, use SetSpawnInfo and SpawnPlayer.
