Hello.
In my laptop GTA IV is not working fine, it is just lagging like hell.
Here is the info of the laptop
CPU: AMD Dual core Processor E2-1800
RAM: 4 GB
Ghz: 1.73
Grahpics: 2030 MB (nearly 2 GB)
HDD: 320 GB
Then why it is lagging and bit stuck?

Download the lates patch.
There is a problem with the video settings on the old version

It should run, but you most likely will lag.

Your laptop is not one of top for gaming.
Dual Core @1.73 (Mobile)
RAM is ok
GPU 2GB I guess dynamic not dedicated but however most of cheap GPU laptops suck.
You have some changes to increase 5 - 7FPS in game. Update your GPU drivers, Install newest patch, Use gamebooster.
