Is it allowed to create a server that is a copy of another server for example like i re make a GM of another server and its totally identical but the one i made is made by me from scratch so i that allowed i am just wondering , not planning to do it but i always had this question on my mind , i know its uncreative and all that as i said i am just wondering

SA-MP servers cannot be copyrighted, so yes. Anyone can copy anything.

However, i dont recommend servers because it usually ends in a flame war.

Wrong. Anything you create, is basically, "copyrighted". Just not Copyrighted like video games, movies, etc.



Although copying other servers will get you no players honestly, unless they area ideas like License Plates on vehicles(Example). Some new server owners in the SA-MP community seem to think anything as similar as their server is "copied", when really it's just 2 people may have the same ideas. Trust me, 2 people have the same ideas. It isn't uncommon.

I know you aren't doing it. It's best not to do that. If you are going to copy another person's idea, make your own twist to it. For example, if the server is an EXACT copy then it will probably bring problems.
