When i exit gta_sa the samp server program crashes does anyone know why this may happen?

Try running it as a administrator or reinstall the game.

if your SA-MP server prompt crashes, there's something in you code wrong.

Try reinstalling the server, and if that doesn't work I suggest you reinstall SAMP completely, and if THAT doesnt work, I don't know what to tell you its probally the script.
