Did you add it to your favourite by using: localhost:7777; run your server?

You can also add 127.0.0.1:7777, but you first need to make sure that your server is actually running.

Also you need to type the correct port, The post above also Dwane post might work if the server is running a :7777 port, But it won't work if the port is different so i will correct your answer.
You need to add
localhost:port
localhost is 127.0.0.1
port is your server port in server.cfg the default port is 7777

Go to cmd and type ipconfig you should then be able to see your default gatway.

Try to restart your router and then after that connect to the GUI.
