One week ago, I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8. Everything works fine except SA:MP. When I try to connect to a server, GTA starts up and I get the SA:MP loadscreen. One second before the bar finishes loading, SA:MP crashes. I have tried compatibility settings, running as administrator and have also tried reinstalling SA:MP, but nothing has worked so far. Oh, I have this problem at any server, so it's not server-specific.

I would appreciate it when I receive a little help of you, any ideas are welcome

Try renaming your GTA:SA folder from "GTA San Andreas" to something like "GTA San Andreas 2"

That error happened to me even in Windows 7. I don't know why.

If you restart you pc and it crashes again it's better if you reinstall Windows 8.
