I've been playing on this server for some time and now every time i try to connect it says:
Connecting to [IP]
Connected! Joining the game..
Server is Restarting...
It keeps saying that over and over again and i cant get into the server
Things i have tried that did not work:
1.Re-installing SA-MP
2.Adding and removing the server from my favorites list [twice]
3.Deleting the SA-MP folder inside GTA SA user files and then re-installing samp
4.Posting the bug on the servers forums,no reply yet.
5.Allowing SAMP through Firewall
I am clueless as to what to do at the moment about this issue,can anyone help out?

You are either banned from that server or your internet connection is too poor to maintain a stable connection to it.

Does it happen to that server only,or all others too? Any other people get this problem in that server?

It might be your internet problem. What ping do you usually get?

When you are banned from the server, you usually get text: "server closed the connection." I Think you are connecting so far and your Internet connection speed is not enough for that. What is your ping for that server?

Not so, it depends what method of ban the server used.

True, Any server admin bans your or your whole IP range, but they invented a new way. Is to ban your whole computer. How? every pc got it's serial code, they use that against you. That might be why you can connect.
