Well thats kinda what this is..

I made one before but lost the source.

First what your gonna need is something to make it

Making the objects:
1) Get PLayer Pos, Model ID and assign it to a array.
2) CreateObject

Adjusting the Objects:
1) youll need a way to set the 3 rotations, rz,ry,and rz.
2)SetObjectRotation

Deleting the Objects:
1)be able to get objectid from the array you stored it into.
2)DestroyObject

It sounds difficult, but after toying with it for a bit, its not that hard.
