Is Nvidia GeForce GT 440 64-bit 2GB good?

Skyrim ain't no problem to run at high and GTA IV is a luckthing somehow..

Yes they can. Since the GPU has at least Model Shader 3.0 the game starts but that doesn't mean that it's not going to lag .

However if you are a gamer go for another graphics card.
