Did you set a compatibility mode on sa-mp and/or gtasa? Remove it if so and it should prevent this crash.
If you DIDN'T set a compatibility mode, try it.
Sounds illogical, but one way or the other should fix it

What is "compatibility mode"?
The GTA SA works but when I try to access my server is giving me Crash
Delete and reinstall?

No, right click sa-mp.exe and select the Compatibility tab. Then click the 'Run this program in compatibility mode' box and select win98 or win2k in the dropdown.
