check and report to me if my router had lost connection when ever the PC was on and if possible the duration.Something like that exists?

There is a System Log but i dont understand a thing displayed

That log is the key and the best way. You could also create or download a simple ping watchdog to ping a website like ****** frequently, but this all creates unneccesary traffic and work that wouldnt be needed when using the log.

It should clearly say "connection lost" or "connection established" somewhere in the log., maybe something like "DSL training" that runs just before connecting.

He wants to know if router disconnects , so best way to know it is from router itself

Open command prompt, and use ping your router. For example, "ping 192.168.2.1 -t"
