What is the best software to use if I want to lock folders with a password?
Can anybody suggest anything good?

if its some files archive it with winrar and password it from there, that might work.
but if its a program you want to lock somehow i don't know..

You can put whole folders into a winrar file. You can choose to not compress it if you'd like, and after that you can add a password.
