What are the requirements that you need for a name change, I Have visited many Beta-Testers Profiles within the day,and I have found that many have posted on their Profiles asking for a name change Saying

There are no specific requirements. It depends on the person and on the moderator.

Why do you care, anyway? You registered yesterday. If you didn't want that name then you shouldn't have chosen it.

In the forum rules section, it says they dont give out name changes, well they dont, it rarely happens, I got mine out of luck I guess, but why do you care?

Changing names is not allowed. and you also have to make sure your not breaking the rules enough to be able to be one.

Considering how you signed up not so long ago, this should not be something you want to do.

I think they have stopped doing namechanges due to to many requests, I think they probably do a few once in a while,people with high rep and posts.
