I used to play that game with friends but Arma 2 really replaced that game for me. Though Arma 2 got boring eventually as well, or let's not say boring, it's just me and my friends got to good at it. Even DayZ wasn't making up for it. It took us 3 days to gather all the equipment you could of possibly had in the game...

Sort of waiting for Arma 3 now.

Though I dislike arguements, I don't see how a first person ego shooter game can be of significance to a simulator. Both are going different directions really. heh.

I remember buying Arma 1 (Gold Edition) back in the day because of the super realistic ballistics. The sim didn't let me down though, it was awesome.

Allow me to back that up:
If you only play CoD or BF and choose them above all other FPS's than I think you are a newfag when it comes to gaming.
Besides that, CoD and BF aren't even fun to play anymore.
