its very easy,just go look in the includes,u will find to edit it n for the teleport command u can look for the tutorials.

Everything you need is in the includes file which is in your pawn folder. Its best to edit them with notepad++ or pawno.

To edit the rules use the PPC_PlayerCommands.inc

I'm also using PPC so message me if you need any help.
