I installed a few vehicle's mod's ...
Work's...
But I want to install Radar mod , I got the download , I need to know how ? or somone cna write me here or give guide or vedio with guide how please!
And one more thang I need to know how to install Skin's by IMGtoll

To install the radar mod
1.Download IMGTool
2.Make a backup of your gta3.img file
3.Open imgtool and open up gta3.img
4.Hit F2 and find radar00
5.From radar00 till radar143 there will be files..delete them all
6.Hit Ctrl+A
7.Select all the download radar files(also from 00 to 143)
8.Hit open
9.If adding all of them together doesn't work you have to add them one by one manually(i had to do that)
10.Be aware that no file is added twice..IMGtool doesn't replace 2 files with the same name.
