When someone points his/her finger close to my nose, I get a 'tickle' feeling..
Also happens when I point my finger at someone's nose.

It feels like as if I have some tiny muscle which tries to move on the nose surface..

(I don't think I need to consult a doctor or anything because I have no other problems, like sneezing or scratching, just some sensation on my nose)
