dowmload simple port forwarding software. and forward port u want to. still need help refer ot wiki.sap and see the port forward guide. +rep if i helped u

it works if i do on internel ip not externel i need help

Try going to your modem settings or your router settings and look for port forward or just look for a cheap SA-MP server hoster
