i have installed Windows 7 ultimate and i am getting 25-35 FPS
before i was having windows xp and i was getting 45-90 FPS can someone help me

U need better CPU, RAM or GPU.
I had this problem too, thats the reason i dont install w7.

Windows 7 eats more resources than Windows XP. So if you change your operation system, software, to something heavier without changing hardware, it quite makes a lot of sense that your performance drops

Delete any useless things you have saved, or save it on a flash drive. I just deleted a bunch of things and put some stuff on a few flash-drives so my computer is clean again and that helped alot, went from 10 - 30 fps avrage to 50+ with the occasional 90's until i record video....20's then again
