Can you guys tell me any idea how can I make this?
I mean when you place chair or something like that it automaticly will be selected with 0.3e editor, and when you press save button it will save coordinates and after restart it will be saved.

Well, i guess you arent experienced at scripting? If not, then i'd suggest to learn how to use y_ini and some basic stuff about scripting. It's actually pretty easy to do, if you can script well enough.
