So,when i wanna play an 0.3e server, i have crash instantenelly.
I have crash immediatelly when i start the game.
I reinstalled San Andreas, and the sa-mp 0.3e. Nothing, i have made everything possible.

Have you tried deleting the Set_User_Data file or whatever in your GTA Documents folder?
(If you have nothing of real interest in there, just delete the entire folder)

UPDATE: My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set
(Thats the exact file you should delete)

It may also help to tell us your operating system
(If you previoused used/installed Mods etc.)
