Drag and drop it to the plugins folder, or install it from the server panel.

depends...if you are hosting it on your own VPS... you need to run filezilla FTP in it first...
but if your server is hosted by a hosting company, there should be a FTP account to transfer files...
to log in to FTP , you can use some free FTP managers such as Filezilla Client .

I have filezilla and all the other items have been moved ... but only the .dll(plugins) are not moved there cause of these errors which I replied... pf :/

If you're with KingJ (since they use Windows) then you aren't allowed to upload your own plugins because of security reasons. Any plugin you might need should be accessible through the mod installer.
