i hate these stupid errors, i can never fix them

Post some earlier logs.
Make sure your includes and plugins are up to date, and perfectly installed.
Make sure your filterscripts are not missing.
Post server.cfg here
if you are using Linux don't forget to add .so to the plugins, otherwise nevermind.
