How DO I Get my UserName and Host From my MYSQL And Make it set it up
I Got DATABASE AND PASS ALL EXACTLY CORRECT
Mostly idk what is the host -_-

its Like your database name : Ur username
your database password : Password !

Dont put your Website Login username and password !

Buddy HOST is like hosting company give u a IP so in which u can connect MySQL databases !
ask your host about it !

And a user name,pass,database and all works - but he did not mention the HOST to connect to -_-

Well, this is awkward.

That IP is owned by Secured Servers, so is indeed hosted, but whichever idiot set it up decided to install xampp.
Head over to http://184.164.129.226 and see where it redirects you to.

Further research into Blast-Servers scares me even more. It looks like they've grabbed a cPanel reseller and a cheap dedicated server, and have decided to start up a 'host' without any prior knowledge.

Anyway, the 'host' should be 184.164.129.226.
Make sure external IPs (specifically the server IP) is allowed to connect.
