Well this started happening about a week ago. I couldnt get on SAMP without it freezing then crashing and giving me a crash report. So I redownloaded it around 10 times and still it wouldnt work. Deleted everything and kept doing it and nothing. So I decide just for shits and giggles that I would try singleplayer and it worked just fine. Then I went to samp and nothing except the error code. I have also redownloaded samp multiple times.

Dude had the same issue, I had to uninstall GTA SA, Then delete the GTA SAMP User files in My documents, Then Reinstall GTA SA. Run it played it for like 5 mins, then i reinstalled GTA SAMP Ran it and everything was fine. this is my recomendation for you, It worked for me wish you the best.

Redownloading then running it doesnt work.

re-install and delete the My documents -> GTA SA folder.

That's pretty much the "all-time" fix.

If you have mods and you still intall this mods in game you will have this crash. Sometimes can be from cleo mods or something like skins new weapons high textures pack or maybe is from the game you download try from diferent website to download the game and try again.

Search for Rockstar Games and delete the folder.

Just set compatibility mode for winxp, it should rectify this issue
