When my friend try to install gta sa and like 30 blocks have been loaded it comes like
File Transfer Error. That's what he say, Anyone know what to do?

3 words: Disc is scratched.
Buy a new one or stop pirating them.

You wouldn't have to buy a "new disk",
Open My Computer < Right click on the side bar where the drive or SA Logo would appear,
Right Click on it < Explore and Copy all the files make a new folder on your Desktop Named : GTA and run the AutoRun through there.
