Hello. I am fixing the server I used before and I some problems, hope you can help me.

It's something weird in the chat system, I have OOC system, sometimes people cant hear me, and I cant hear them, even if they are behind me.

If you could help me and try find the bug in the system I would be really happy, im using a older heavily modified ravens roleplay.
