try run native checker . .

Download nativechecker from the sa-mp website (******: sa-mp nativechecker) and put it in your plugins folder, then add it to the end of server.cfg in the plugins section.

When you run the sa-mp server after that, it should display why you get the error.

Make sure you update your sscanf plugin/include and recompile your script (not sure if recompiling is necessary)
