Hi! I have two problems with my server:
CJ runs normally during the game, but other characters runs slowly... Why
All the players can run with heavy weapons, like M4 and Sniper... Why
Please, answer me D

1. Add UsePlayerPedAnims under OnGameModeInit to enable CJ run for everyone
2. Alter the player's weapon skill level to a lower value using SetPlayerSkillLevel
