ok i need a command such as cmd:makeshoptech and it sets the player i choose as a shoptech

using that pShopTech in the thing to set it as a shoptech please,

UPDATE: have it like
CMD:makeshoptech
then i inster the player id and it gives me the option to choose a level please make it level 1 sets them as a shoptech and if i do level 0 it removes them as a shoptech and sent me a message you made made (playername) a shoptech, and a message to the player You have been made a shoptech by (admin name)
