Hi. I have an server on linux, all is for linux(plugins, everything writed corectly in server.cfg) everythig compiled...The Server on linux doesn't work, i can turn it on and in server_log don't show nothing...But when i move it on windows it works..

Linux needs different plugins than Windows. If it works on Windows, but not on Linux, then you obviously have the wrong plugins.
Thinking about it, I do hope you have the Linux version of the server? Linux can't run the .exe
